• Access to all conference sessions.
• Access to all conference exhibitions.
• Conference satchel and materials.
• Book of abstracts.
• Conference Dinner on Thursday 26 November.
• Morning and afternoon refreshments during official breaks.
• Light lunch on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November.

PAYMENT OF FEES

• Completed Registration/Accommodation Booking Forms should be returned before 30 September 2009, accompanied with full payment, to avail of early registration fee.
• Registration will be accepted on-line, by fax or airmail to the Conference Secretariat and is valid upon upon confirmation by the Conference Secretariat. 
• Registration Confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of fees.
• Payment must be made in € (euro). The methods of payments are listed below.
• Please ensure payment is net of all charges to us.  Any bank charges deducted from your payment will be re-invoiced out.

• Cheque or Bank Draft in € (Euro) only and drawn on a prime Irish bank payable to 'BGCS 2009' and sent by mail with a copy of your registration form.

• Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard ONLY).  An administration fee of 2% applies to all credit card payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• An administration fee of 30% will apply to registration cancellations received on/before 30 September 2009. 
• No refunds can be made for any registration cancellations received after 30 September 2009. 
• Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time and an administration fee of €25 will apply.  All refunds due will be processed after the conference.
• Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat by the dates specified.  Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
